Mark Masino is a Managing Director, Industrials Specialist with STNL Advisors, one of the top performing sale-leaseback, lease advisory, and net lease real estate development firms in the country. Mark joined STNL Advisors in 2017 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group (“ICG”) focusing on sale-leaseback programs, disposition, acquisition, and exchange of industrial and office assets across the country. He represents various private equity firms, corporations, private investors, and institutional clients.
Since joining STNL Advisors, Mark has closed more than $1.75 billion in transaction volume, concentrating on sale-leaseback transactions and single tenant industrial assets.
Prior to working with STNL Advisors, Mark founded a successful real estate and development company in Chicago. He developed and sold more than 1.5 million square feet of industrial, office and residential property. Mark graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mark lives in Chicago, Illinois with his wife and daughter.
